RBC Leadership Development Program held on August 16th, 17th, and 18th in Lucknow, UP, was an invaluable opportunity for beginner, middle, and senior-level leaders from every state and district to be on campus. The training held, most of which was available for viewing on Facebook, helped people make sense of what happens in the LDP. The Executive Program is designed for working professionals, students, housewives, entrepreneurs, and all those who have achieved the leadership ranks in RBC. The goal is to provide leadership best practices, cutting-edge research, and robust discussions led by RBC Board members, leaders, and Awakeners.
The objective of LDP is to effectively communicate to leaders and enthusiasts about expanding the RBC community through active listening, gathering and delivering feedback to them, reviewing their performances, creating a vision, and learning from each other’s successes and achievements to enjoy and remember.
We focus on learning agility, where the leaders will be able to continuously identify opportunities for growth through the learning agility behaviors of seeking, sense-making, internalizing, and applying the best practices.
The most important influence, as always, is the most important interaction from CEO and Founder, Mr. Samir Keshari.
All leaders increase their leadership influence by building trust and leveraging networks to lead others in their chosen direction.
